🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent task organization and prioritization; able to multi-task.
  • Experience with CRMs, Health Scoring, LiveChat, knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and/or in-person.
  • Patience with non-technical users.
