📋 Description

  • Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat; use Slack and Salesforce.
  • Book and complete product demonstrations; hit monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with GTM team to move leads through the funnel.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and communicate with team via Slack.
  • Participate in ongoing training to learn the built world SaaS domain.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must Have: Confident, clear communication with strong writing/presentation skills.
  • Must Have: Excellent task organization and prioritization; multi-tasking.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with CRMs (Salesforce), Health Scoring, Live Chat, Knowledge bases.
  • Nice to Have: Experience conducting customer meetings digitally or in person.
  • Nice to Have: Patience working with non-tech-savvy users.
