📋 Description

• Qualify and route inbound leads across two channels: self-service and inside sales
• Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools like Slack and
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for product demonstrations booked and completed

🎯 Requirements

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Experience with modern tooling - CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, Knowledge bases (nice to have)
• Experience conducting customer meetings digitally or in person (nice to have)
