Grant Compliance Officer

📋 Description

• Supporting the Grant Compliance Manager in recording and delivering affordable housing schemes in
• Liaising with Development and Delivery Managers to ensure grant-funded schemes are recorded
• Completing milestone claims accurately and promptly in accordance with grant funding requirements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date management and financial information across relevant schedules
• Monitoring and recording development expenditure for grant-funded schemes in preparation for the QDE
• Improving existing processes to reflect regulatory changes and updates to the Capital Funding Guide

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of social housing and the wider residential sector
• Understanding of social housing development, housing management and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience of working with IMS and OPS systems
• Effective project management and risk management skills
• Experience in contract management and compliance
• Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
