📋 Description

• Operate all IT related job functions by travelling to the assigned office locations throughout New
• Responsible for local and remote end user support for other Programs & expansion centers.
• Network basics, Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and Administration skills.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct systems, network-related problems, and user-reported problems.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer / Laptop hardware, monitors, printers, and
• Support staff with the use of technology and provide training to end users.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent
• Three to Five years of experience in supporting IT environment including helpdesk and network
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including authoring technical
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with people in pressured situations.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Must be detailed oriented with good follow-through
• Experience with windows, networking, Microsoft Office 365 and administration.
