Grants Manager: Admin & Finance

📋 Description

• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, program management, and operational planning
• Track and monitor grant-purchased assets, grant-constructed assets, and development projects
• Monitor procurement, sub-recipient requirements, and compliance obligations
• Review policies and procedures for alignment with federal and state requirements
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, grant reports, and internal status updates
• Ensure compliance with audit and reporting requirements and prepare summaries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in grants or contracts management
• 3+ years in mid-market organization, preferably nonprofit healthcare
• Knowledge of federal contracting and grant compliance
• Experience with subcontractor management and conflict-of-interest
• Strong knowledge of automated accounting systems and financial reporting tools
