• Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related
• Hands-on experience in design and video editing using Mac and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator
• Business-level fluency or higher in both Japanese and English.
• Team player with a startup mindset who thrives and adapts in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic
• Strong visual design sense, video storytelling skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid grasp
• Deep local insight into the Japanese market (culture, consumer behavior, and trends).
