🎯 Requirements

3+ years of graphic/visual design experience (paid social/direct-response)
Strong portfolio of static ad/social creative
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to work fast and iterate at high testing volume
Generative AI fluency for faster work
