📋 Description

• Design marketing materials and collateral for Investment Sales.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate listing-related marketing activities and assets.
• Track project progress and support escrow, closing processes.
• Work in a remote/hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
• Help Berkadia shape CRE through best-in-class design.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
• Visually compelling portfolio of creative design work.
• Editorial design and formatting experience for long-form publications.
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Proficiency with Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
