📋 Description

• Assisting in developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Creating quick-turn, social-first video content for paid platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
• Designing evergreen ad creative for always-on campaigns.
• Adapting and resizing designs across affiliate banners and ad placements while keeping brand
• Partnering with the design and growth teams to execute projects within brief, timeline, and brand
• Keeping an eye on design and social trends and sharing ideas with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a junior or digital designer, with a portfolio that includes paid
• Experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Meta, or other social platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate and display ad specs, and the ability to work efficiently across many
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere
• Basic understanding of motion design and animation software (After Effects).
