GRC Analyst

📋 Description

• Support customer trust and security assurance processes, including risk assessments.
• Serve as primary contact for customer security reviews, with timely responses.
• Maintain and improve security documentation and response materials.
• Collaborate with security and engineering to articulate technical controls for customers.
• Support compliance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, GDPR.
• Identify themes from customer inquiries to improve security and compliance practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting customer-facing security, compliance, or trust at a SaaS/cloud-native company.
• Experience translating technical security concepts into clear written responses.
• Understanding enterprise security across cloud, access control, data protection, and incident response.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel requests.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in operating at the intersection of security, compliance, and customer engagement.
