📋 Description

• Lead the compliance strategy for DORA and MiCA.
• Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments for security and compliance.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to EU requirements.
• Primary EU customer security contact; manage audits and due diligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance into processes.
• Stay up to date with evolving EU regulations and provide proactive insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or GRC; 5+ years with EU regulations in a senior role.
• Proven ability to lead security and GRC programs; work with legal/compliance teams and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of EU frameworks: DORA, MiCA, GDPR, MaRisk, TIBER-EU.
• Strong understanding of industry standards: SOC 2, ISO, NIST, CIS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; multi-project leadership under deadlines.
