GRC Program Manager

📋 Description

• Design and improve compliance processes to scale GRC across Commercial, IG, and USG.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows with accountability.
• Coordinate audits (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001) with evidence collection and remediation.
• Maintain a complete view of projects, audit timelines, control status, and monitoring.
• Enhance cross-team collaboration across engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams.
• Map global/regulatory strategy to granular team tasks; triage field requests for focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing compliance programs for enterprise software or similar.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, FISMA, or CMMC.
• Excellent judgment and composure in audits or compliance incidents.
• Ability to design lightweight, scalable GRC processes.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Meticulous attention to detail and product quality.
