Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in bakery or related industry
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Management, Finance, Development, Sensory Analysis, Baking Theory, Baking Practice, Project
Strong management, HR, and financial planning capabilities
Customer orientation and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
