Assist Head Rigger with safe setup, use and maintenance of rigging equipment.
Operate rigging equipment during performances and rehearsals.
Implement and document rigging safety inspection program.
Participate in setup, inspection and teardown of rigging in the Big Top and tent.
Manage inventory and identify additional rigging gear as needed.
Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed by technical staff.

🎯 Requirements

College diploma in live entertainment or theatre production (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of rigging experience; aerial/human rigging asset.
Broad knowledge of technical show aspects is an asset.
Personnel management experience is an asset.
Microsoft Windows knowledge.
English fluency; other languages are an asset; able to tour.
