📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a highly skilled team of protection and control engineers specializing in
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of protection and control systems and features, including design
• Drive the adoption of advanced technologies and communication protocols, including IEC 61850, to
• Develop strategic approaches for integrating protection algorithms into products using model-based
• Provide technical leadership in protection algorithms, automation, control system design, fault

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited
• 10+ years of professional experience in power system protection and control engineering, including
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in power system protection, automation, control systems, fault analysis
• Hands-on experience with Matlab/Simulink and power system simulation tools such as RTDS, PSCAD, or
• Experience applying protection principles to the design and development of protection relays and
