• Ensure efficient operations when Store Manager is away
• Resolve issues where the team needs help
• Monitor workload, efficiency, and admin duties
• Collect and forward feedback
• Contribute to developing store operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in grocery stores or retail, ideally as a shift lead
• Proactive, service-minded, fast learner with multitasking
• Available for 40+ hours per week across day/evening/weekend shifts
• Fluent in English and Greek
