📋 Description

• Ensure efficient store operations and cover for the Store Manager.
• Support with orders and resolve daily issues.
• Monitor workload, efficiency and team wellbeing.
• Collect feedback and contribute to improving store operations.
• Develop strategies with Store Manager to boost customer experience.
• Work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Malta with the right to work in the country.
• Experience leading a team or as Grocery Associate in Wolt Market.
• Fast learner with multitasking ability.
• Proactive, service-minded and customer-focused.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
• Fluent in English; able to work flexible day/evening/weekends.
