Ground and Control Services, Software Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Ground & Control Services engineering team for autonomous satellite ops.
• Build software bridging hardware interfaces with cloud microservices.
• Drive reliable, scalable software and operational excellence 24/7.
• Partner with mission ops, spacecraft, product, and program leadership.
• Guide architecture and ensure on-time, quality delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in people leadership.
• Proficient in Go, Python, and C++ with cloud/microservices experience.
• Experience with AWS; Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible; CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive execution.
• Experience with satellite ground systems and telemetry is a plus.
