Ground Operations Agent

📋 Description

• Coordinate and direct duties and activities of Customer Service/Ground Operations (Cross-Utilized)
• Interface with supervisors, leads and all departments to ensure that service issues are addressed
• Ensure that all company safety rules (including dangerous goods handling and awareness) are being
• Report safety hazards and incidents to supervisor.
• Perform functions of a Customer Service/Ground Operations (Cross-Utilized) Agent, must be able to
• Schedule based upon operational need and seniority.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum one (1) year Customer Service experience, airline industry experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to receive and understand instructions
