📋 Description

• Utilize Jira ticketing system daily to ensure projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Perform daily tasks, including trash pickup, turf maintenance, power washing, leaf blowing and
• Maintain hardscapes at Magnolia properties including pavers, sidewalks, fountains, parking lots
• Painting, cleaning and repairs of all exterior furniture, fencing, and fan maintenance
• Support the facilities team by performing regular preventative maintenance checks on outlets, light
• Support the garden and facilities teams by performing regular preventative maintenance checks on

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
• Previous grounds, custodial, maintenance, or landscaping experience preferred
• Texas driver's license preferred
• Must be available to work weekends, special events, and holidays as business needs require
