📋 Description

• Maintain community grounds to keep them clean, attractive, and welcoming.
• Perform daily outdoor tasks: trash pickup, pet waste stations, litter removal.
• Operate equipment: backpack blowers, power washers, golf carts/trailers.
• Assist landscaping and maintenance; support other teams as needed.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; outdoor work year-round in varying weather.
• Ensure safety and proper use of tools; follow company policies.

• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
• Independent worker with initiative; strong work ethic.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; outdoors in weather.
• Team player; communicates with maintenance/leasing teams.
