📋 Description

• Maintain clean, attractive property grounds and common areas.
• Perform trash cleanup, pet stations, and turnover cleaning.
• Assist with light painting, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Follow safety guidelines; work outdoors in various weather.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams.
