Groundskeeper

📋 Description

• Maintain and beautify the property grounds daily
• Perform exterior cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Operate equipment (backpack blowers, power washers) safely
• Assist maintenance and leasing teams as needed
• Ensure property looks welcoming and well kept
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
