Groundskeeper - Apartment Community

📋 Description

• Maintain property grounds and exterior areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks and light maintenance as needed.
• Assist with light painting and housekeeping tasks.
• Operate equipment (backpack blowers, power washers) as required.
• Manage trash removal and pet-waste stations.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm at Bexley Square, Concord Mills.

🎯 Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
• Team player with good communication.
• Learn and operate landscaping and cleaning tools.
• Open to growth within maintenance.
