📋 Description

• Maintain and beautify apartment grounds; keep communities clean.
• Perform landscaping tasks and light maintenance as needed.
• Operate equipment such as power washers and backpack blowers.
• Handle trash removal, litter cleanup, and turnover cleaning.
• Support maintenance and leasing teams as needed.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm; location: South Austin.
