Manage client relationships, agendas, and presentations; advise on content direction.
Oversee project plans, milestones, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams.
Mentor and potentially supervise junior Account staff; conduct performance reviews.
Drive business development opportunities within assigned accounts.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
At least 3 years in an Account role within pharmaceutical/medical communications.
Client-facing experience and medical/legal/regulatory review experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; ability to travel 10-15% as needed.
