Group Accountant

📋 Description

• Own month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and posting journals for assigned accounts.
• Manage Group consolidation for accurate, timely reporting aligned with standards.
• Lead preparation of monthly/annual statutory financial statements and support external advisors.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses for management review.
• Coordinate external audits; respond to queries and provide documentation.
• Oversee direct tax and transfer pricing with external tax advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce.
• CA/CPA qualified required.
• 4+ years in accounting/finance with experience in financial reporting and global consolidations.
• Exposure to multi-currency consolidations; transfer pricing and tax experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of AASB and IFRS; eager to build on it.
• Big 4 experience or exposure to ASX-listed/SaaS/subscription business is favorable.
