📋 Description

• Executive Finance leader reporting to CEO and Board.
• Oversee Corporate Development, M&A, Treasury, FP&A, and Financial Operations.
• Lead capital strategy, debt financing, and long-term planning.
• Direct a $5–10B North America roll-up strategy for acquisitions.
• Based in Toronto Head Office with in-office presence 4–5 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO or senior finance exec in a large multinational (1,000+ employees).
• Proven track record in M&A from evaluation to integration and financing.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Global perspective with experience in luxury leisure travel or travel services is a plus.
