📋 Description

• Own the integrity and audit-quality of the financials.
• Own multi-entity consolidation and the close controls.
• Drive audit readiness with documented internal controls and revenue recognition.
• Design and oversee ERP migration (QB to NetSuite or equivalent).
• Build the control environment with policies and process docs.
• Own compliance, transfer pricing, and IP across jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Big Four background; ~10+ years in audit/controls; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• ERP migration experience; led finance systems upgrades.
• Multi-currency, international finance across entities; European VAT strength.
• Owns a robust control environment with docs and consolidation.
