• Maintain group governance frameworks, board registers, policies, and minutes.
• Liaise with legal, secretarial, and regulators to ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• CA/CPA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years in finance, compliance, reporting.
• Strong IFRS/local GAAP and multi-entity reporting knowledge.
• Experience with international entities; India compliance exposure preferred.
• Self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• AR, GL, AP finance ops processes experience.
