📋 Description

• Lead and Inspire: Guide the creative vision and strategy for creative campaigns, products, and

• Stay Hands-On: Personally produce and shape copy, design, and creative work, not just direct it
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, performance
• Mentor and Grow: Develop and mentor a team of copywriters, designers, and art directors, fostering
• Direct and Oversee: Provide creative direction and oversight across copy, art direction, design

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a focus on producing standout work for global
• Experience directing copy, art direction, design, video, animation, and other creative disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in conceptual and strategically-led campaign development.
• Experience in both agency and in-house environments.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure while maintaining speed and high attention to
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback across creative disciplines.
