📋 Description

• Lead data governance at QIMA with decision rights across business units.
• Chair Data SteerCo and drive data definitions, master data standards and data products.
• Own end-to-end customer data model and unified customer view.
• Oversee internal data products and data lineage with business cases and SLAs.
• Ensure data changes preserve business value and reportability across teams.
• Guide cross-functional adoption and governance across geographies and time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree; 8-12 years in data governance/MDM or data leadership with formal decision rights.
• Proven accountable owner of cross-functional data domains and binding decision authority.
• Strong business-value orientation and governance-driven mindset.
• Hands-on data governance: ontologies, taxonomies, data contracts; cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership across geographies with ability to chair governance forums with real stakes.
• Technical literacy: SQL, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), BI tools (e.g., Tableau); able to
