📋 Description

• Lead data governance to turn data into business value.
• Chair Data SteerCo with cross-functional representation.
• Own end-to-end customer data model and data products.
• Define data ontologies, taxonomies, and reference data.
• Ensure data workstreams align with business outcomes.
• Drive governance that enables growth and trusted reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field; 8-12 years in data governance/MDM or data leadership.
• Proven binding decision rights across business units.
• Strong business-value orientation for data initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with data governance, MDM, and data contracts.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management up to CFO/CMO level.
• Technical literacy: SQL, data warehousing (Snowflake), BI tools (Tableau).
