📋 Description

• Lead data governance with binding decision rights across the organization.
• Chair Data SteerCo and own the customer data model end to end.
• Define ontologies, taxonomies, and reference data for enterprise use.
• Deliver internal data products with business cases and SLAs.
• Collaborate with product, RevOps, Finance, and engineering on data lineage and impact analyses.
• Scale from scratch to full enterprise data governance as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree; 8-12 years in data governance/MDM or data product leadership.
• Proven binding decision rights as accountable owner of a cross-functional data domain.
• Business-value oriented governance with ability to say no to non-value initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with data ontologies, taxonomies, data contracts, and governance tooling.
• Cross-functional leadership across CFO/CMO levels and steering committees.
• Technical literacy: SQL, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), BI tools (Tableau).
