📋 Description

• Hold binding decision rights on shared data definitions and master data standards; arbitrate
• Own the unified customer view end to end, replacing fragmented, system-specific customer records
• Define and maintain ontologies, taxonomies, and reference data; sequence work by business urgency
• Own delivery of core internal data products (Customer single source of truth, Service Catalogue
• Work with product teams to ensure data captured correctly at source; challenge design decisions
• Be accountable owner for stakeholder adoption, shifting organization to shared standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in relevant field; 8-12 years in data governance, master data management, or data
• Proven track record as accountable, named owner of cross-functional data domain with binding calls.
• Business-value orientation; ability to articulate business outcome of data initiatives and reject
• Hands-on experience defining data ontologies, taxonomies, master data strategies, and data
• Strong cross-functional leadership; experience chairing steering committee or governance forum
• Technical literacy: comfortable with SQL, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), BI tools (e.g.
