📋 Description

• Retain/grow client portfolio; lead and inspire your team.
• Build senior-level client relationships; grow opportunities in B2B.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy; design Power Circuit solutions.
• Lead division thought leadership; align with Managing Director and VP.
• Manage Account Director team; conduct 1:1s; drive retention.
• Ensure adoption of Iris, Nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit.

🎯 Requirements

• Department leadership and management experience required.
• 10+ years leading a digital marketing agency.
• P&L management experience for profitable growth.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, retention, and growth.
• Proven high customer satisfaction via NPS or similar.
• Deep knowledge of owned/earned/paid channels and first-party data tools.
