📋 Description

• Lead a group of Monks' senior client relationships, with responsibility for group health and teams
• Oversee commercial health: scopes, staffing, forecasting, and growth.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and full-funnel media plans for B2B clients.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows across planning, insights, and reporting.
• Manage client relationships and provide senior-level updates on health and performance.
• Inspire and develop large, multi-disciplinary teams across the group.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in client service, media strategy, and digital media.
• Evidence of growing and retaining client relationships; B2B experience required.
• Fluent in data-driven storytelling and AI-enabled tooling.
• Mastery of traditional, digital, and social media planning, buying, and measurement.
• Strong leadership with experience building high-performing teams under pressure.
• BA or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or business.
