• Own the strategic vision across all group accounts, lead the development of strategy playbooks for
• Ensure all strategy work is rooted in genuine consumer insight and business understanding
• Translate cultural, audience, platform and performance insight into actionable, compelling
• Lead platform-specific thinking across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and emerging
• Drive experimentation with new storytelling formats and creative approaches
• Partner well with creative teams to translate strategy into powerful, platform-native brand work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in social and cultural strategy, ideally in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Data & Research Fluency: Comfortable working with performance data and translating it into
• Storytelling: Adept at transforming cultural insight and platform trends into clear, actionable
• Leadership: A collaborative, emotionally intelligent leader with a track record of mentoring talent
• Strategic Vision: Skilled at merging culture, creativity, and insight into strategies that drive
