📋 Description

• Own end-to-end revenue & AR cycle in NetSuite; ensure orders and AR reconciliation.
• Drive month-end close to timetable; close by day 4; reconciliations by day 7.
• Manage UK VAT compliance; audit-ready workpapers; timely returns.
• Own UK payroll post-HiBob; monthly runs and reconciliations.
• Oversee banking, treasury, cash flow; reconcile bank accounts in NetSuite.
• Identify and deliver quarterly process improvements; maintain SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end core finance ownership: revenue, VAT, payroll, month-end.
• Hands-on NetSuite; Advanced Revenue Management, intercompany, reconciliations.
• Prepare UK VAT returns; HMRC-ready documentation.
• Month-end close ownership; manage timetable and controls.
• Automate manual processes; document SOPs; know when to keep controls.
• Honest, clear communication; collaborative at team level.
