Group Financial Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee finance across multiple entities; ensure clean consolidation.
• Design scalable finance processes and controls for growth.
• Lead and mentor a finance team; promote growth.
• Lead FP&A: budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Manage cash flow and working capital; banking relations.
• Communicate financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in finance/accounting; FP&A, reporting, internal controls.
• 5+ years leading multi-entity/regional finance teams; JVs/M&A a plus.
• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting; Master's or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge; Sales/Operations Finance and audit liaison experience.
• Consolidation and financial reporting expertise in group/large corporates.
• Thrives in high-growth environments; proactive, scalable leader.
