📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate wide range of TMT and commercial agreements across jurisdictions.
• Advise on regulatory aspects of cutting-edge tech projects (Web3, blockchain, AI, tokenization, payments).
• Support corporate functions with daily contract reviews and in-house advisory.
• Manage cross-border matters across regions: Mainland China, HK, Singapore, Japan, US, UK, EU.
• Structure corporate entities, joint ventures, or strategic alliances for market entry.
• Provide overall transaction management and drive efficiency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney in US/HK/SG/UK (or other common law) with 6+ years PQE.
• Expertise in TMT, FinTech, blockchain, AI.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, problem-solving; manage complex deals.
• Leadership and communication; collaborate with global teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Preferred location: Hong Kong or Singapore.
