Group Function - Litigation & Disputes Counsel

📋 Description

• Oversee global disputes, including U.S. litigation and HK arbitration.
• Develop and execute litigation/arbitration strategy with early case assessments and risk analysis.
• Manage outside counsel across jurisdictions, staffing and budgets.
• Coordinate dispute resolution and regulatory inquiries, including demand letters and subpoenas.
• Oversee investigations: scope, interviews, reports, and remedial actions.
• Provide on-site support globally to business units on disputes and investigations.

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted and licensed attorney in U.S., HK, Singapore or major common-law jurisdiction; 8+ yrs PQE.
• Experience with international businesses, corporate structures and governance.
• Experience managing litigation/arbitration across jurisdictions and internal investigations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Willingness to travel; strong advocacy and leadership across geographies.
• Mandarin proficiency a plus; preferred location HK or SG; US/Canada considered.
