📋 Description

Role: mid-level Group Privacy Legal Counsel in International Legal.
Oversee global privacy compliance and data risk for NetEase.
Advise product/engineering on privacy-by-design and AI.
Lead DPIAs, cross-border transfers, and data localization.
Draft and negotiate DPAs and privacy provisions.
Coordinate incident response and regulatory notifications.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer in U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and/or Canada.
4–8 years in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, or AI tech law.
Mix of top law firm and in-house experience preferred.
Tech literacy: data flows, cloud computing, IT architecture.
Languages: English and Mandarin Chinese.
Location: Preferably Hong Kong or Singapore.
