🎯 Requirements

• Professionally qualified (CGI/ICSA or equivalent) with significant senior-level governance, company
• Proven track record of advising Boards, Committees and Executive stakeholders within complex
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, company law, regulatory obligations and governance best
• Experienced people leader with a demonstrated ability to drive governance transformation
