📋 Description

• Own and drive advertising revenue targets, develop growth strategies, and identify new business
• Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, media leaders, brand managers, and
• Lead advertising sales across FMCG, Consumer Internet, Gaming, and other relevant categories
• Develop a strong pipeline of strategic accounts, large media briefs, and high-value opportunities
• Understand clients' business and marketing objectives and recommend tailored advertising solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in advertising sales, digital media, AdTech, or the broader media industry
• Proven experience in leading advertising sales teams, managing business verticals, and delivering
• Strong relationships with senior marketing and media decision-makers across FMCG, Consumer
• Experience in digital advertising solutions, performance marketing, audience targeting, and
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships, lead complex commercial negotiations, and
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
