Group Head of IT & Security

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global IT strategy
• Lead planning and optimization of IT infrastructure worldwide (cloud-first)
• Oversee IT support across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
• Establish security policies and ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST)
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident response
• Drive IT integration of newly acquired companies (M&A)

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Expertise in cybersecurity and security frameworks
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• 8+ years managing IT & Security in cloud-based environments
• Experience leading multicultural teams (15-20+ people)
• Experience with M&A IT integration (strong plus)
