📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global IT strategy across all regions.
• Lead planning and optimization of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems worldwide.
• Oversee IT support and service delivery across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
• Establish and enforce security policies and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, NIST.
• Lead security risk assessments, audits, and incident response.
• Drive M&A IT integration and manage IT budget and global IT team.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, incident management, and security technologies.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards: ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for global teams.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years managing IT & Security, leading teams of 15-20 people.
