Group Lead II, Warehouse (M-F 11am-7:30pm)

📋 Description

• Directs operational activities and manpower schedules for up to 13 Warehouse Associates
• Exercises job knowledge to independently perform job responsibilities and provides on-the-job
• Analyzes equipment performance for potential maintenance issues and resolves alarm issues and
• Enforces all safety, quality, environmental, operational and personnel policies
• Supervises direct labor and non-direct labor where applicable
• Leads and organizes operators in solving problem situations

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or similar environment, with 2+ years as a
• Working knowledge of DEA, TSA, FAA, IATA DOT, IMDG, and/or FTZ compliance regulations preferred
• Proficient use of warehouse management systems (e.g., PI, SAP)
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
