Supervise, coach, and develop sample management employees to meet performance goals.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for feedback and development.
Complete performance reviews, goal setting, and performance discussions.
Coordinate daily operations, workload distribution, and workflow prioritization.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety, and chain-of-custody requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma.
Knowledge of sample management processes and TALS.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
